Refund/Return policy

We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, We want to make your buying experience with BRIDGE RX PHARMACY as pleasant as possible, We do however; realize that problems can occur therefore the following procedures have been put in place to assist you.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received an incorrect item). Any product that is returned must be in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the item and a complete inspection, a refund will be processed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks upon receiving your return.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If you don’t receive your refund after four weeks of your return contact us with your order number, to assist you best.

Shipped orders that go unclaimed or are refused at time of delivery or are returned undeliverable will be subject to original shipping charges incurred and return charges.

All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Medical Supplies

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a credit. Returns must be made in their original condition, with all the instructions, parts and packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt. You will not be issued credit for returns that do not meet these conditions (some other restrictions may apply). A small restocking fee may also apply for certain products. We value your wellness and your time! That is why all BRIDGE RX Pharmacy locations offer free prescription delivery service** to your home or office. We have delivery cars that deliver to ALL 5(five) boroughs within NYC {Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island}

Our Delivery Policy:

To qualify for free delivery to these areas – your total purchase (excluding insurance Rx co-pays) must be $50, otherwise a $4.99 delivery charge will be applied.

Shipping:

If you are located outside our delivery area, we can still get medications to your doorstep. We use FedEx and UPS, 6 days a week for both Ground and Air services depending on the medication needs. We can ship your medications to the following states: NY, CT, NJ, PA, RI, MA, FL, IL
